I’m Krysta, a Chronic Pain & Functional Mobility Specialist working at the intersection of movement, the nervous system, and human behavior.
Most of the people who find their way to me have already tried everything: physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage, rest, strengthening, stretching. They’ve been told their imaging looks “fine,” that pain is something they’ll just have to manage, or that they need to be more disciplined with exercises that never quite stick.
My work exists for the people who are tired of flare-ups, confused by their bodies, and quietly afraid to move; even though they desperately want to feel strong, capable, and confident again.
I help adults over 40 reduce chronic pain, rebuild trust in their bodies, and restore functional movement after stress or injury using brain–body integration.
Pain is not just a tissue problem, it’s a nervous system experience shaped by movement history, stress, beliefs, and habits. That’s why my approach doesn’t chase symptoms. Instead, we retrain how your system perceives, responds to, and recovers from movement.
The goal isn’t just less pain: it’s restored function, confidence, and movement capacity so you can live without constantly negotiating with your body.
I bring together multiple disciplines because chronic pain demands more than a single lens:
This allows me to work not only with joints and tissues, but with the beliefs, fear responses, stress patterns, and nervous system states that often keep pain stuck long after injury has healed.

Pain is protective – not broken.
Your body is not fragile, damaged, or failing you. It has adapted to keep you safe. My role is to help you understand why your pain persists and guide your system toward feeling safe to move again.
Sustainable change happens when mindset, movement, and physiology are addressed together.
My Approach
I specialize in long-term pain reconditioning, not short-term fixes.
Our work often includes:
Sessions are intentional, collaborative, and individualized. You’re not just told what to do, you learn why it works, so you can confidently self-manage long after our work together ends.
Who I Work With
I primarily work with adults who:
If you’re ready to stop chasing relief and start rebuilding capacity, I’d love to work with you.
