Kinstretch is much more than stretching. It opens new ranges of motion and teaches you how to control the new ranges. Rather than being an alternative to other forms of exercise, mobility, or flexibility programs, Kinstretch is a system that prepares you for all these other things. If you want to run, weightlift, golf, dance, swim, do yoga, etc. then Kinstretch will help ensure that your joints can handle the movements and stress involved in these activities. It will also help maintain and improve joint function for overall well-being and longevity.

Kinstretch is based around utilizing your own internal strength with the goal of being able to take on more load in the joints and connective tissues.
In order for your hip to take on load and generate force in a squat, lunge, or any other movement, your joints and surrounding tissues needs to function well. Joint health is determined by the joint’s range of motion – both passively and actively. Flexibility (i.e. passive joint range of motion) is valuable, but having mobility (i.e. active joint range of motion) is even more valuable.
This is why we measure both and evaluate the quality of your joint movement. The healthier your joints, the healthier your physical body and movement.
The FRA® is a measurement-based assessment system that provides objective measures of a person’s movement capacity for each and every articulation (joint). With this knowledge, training inputs can be directed at the individual’s specific deficits.
The FRA provides precise, scientific, baseline measurements so it is perfect for assessing before and after progress to objectively show results.

Empower yourself with the knowledge and guidance needed to excel in your fitness endeavors, even from the comfort of your home. After an initial demonstration of proper form and execution of your program, you'll embark on a 4 to 6 week journey of independent training. This offers a structured workout regimen tailored to your specific needs with crucial check- in points each month. I remain accessible to address any inquiries or adjustments throughout your journey. Nearing the end of the program, I solicit your feedback which guides the next phase, and the cycle starts again.

Although many people are aware that nutrition is important, there is often confusion around what is “healthy” due to the plethora of contradicting information available online.

I will curate a simple plan incorporating small changes to give you the most overall benefit with the smallest number of changes required to reach your goals. We need a solid foundation to build on.
Quick and basic tools, implemented in your life (creating healthy habits) have the greatest foundational impact, and then from there, we dive into the details. I will develop a unique lifestyle plan for you that will help achieve your goals. Each plan is individualized and customized to you.
In the consultation, we review your health and medical history, discuss your current health concerns, and map out your goals. We get personal as I ask many questions to get a full picture of who you are and how I can best support your goals.
Outside of this appointment, time is spent transferring your diet and lifestyle analysis into a comprehensive, individualized health plan.
Within 2 weeks of your first appointment, you will be presented with your recommendations. We will review topics such as how to make healthy choices, create healthy habits, educational information, diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, and recipes. You will leave with a toolbox of sustainable strategies to support you on your health journey.
*Must have booked and attended a Nutritional Consult at least 2 weeks prior.
Within 2 weeks of your first appointment, you will be presented with your recommendations. We will review topics such as how to make healthy choices, create healthy habits, educational information, diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, and more. You will leave with a toolbox of sustainable strategies to support you on your health journey.
These ongoing appointments are optional and are used to build knowledge of your body, nutrition, and wellness.
You will have an opportunity to ask questions, receive additional recommendations, tools, and resources to feel supported, and receive support in preparation of stressful or challenging windows of time.
It is during your follow-up appointments where we can revisit your goals and your progress, and pivot where necessary.
Potential topics covered in these sessions include blood sugar management, mental and physical health/longevity, elimination pathways, optimizing sleep, stress and its impact on your health, grocery shopping, kitchen confidence and more.
